1. No Refund After Work Starts
Once a project has been started and initial work has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. This is due to the time, effort, and resources already invested.
2. Advance Payments
All advance payments are non-refundable.
Advance confirms project booking and resource allocation.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
We fail to start the project within the agreed timeframe
We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues
In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued after review.
4. Revision Instead of Refund
We encourage clients to request revisions if they are not satisfied.
Revisions will be provided based on the selected package
Additional revisions may require extra charges
5. Client Responsibility
No refund will be provided if:
The client fails to provide required information/content
The client delays communication or approval
The client changes project requirements after work has started
6. Third-Party Services
No refunds will be provided for:
Domain purchase
Hosting services
Paid tools, plugins, or third-party subscriptions
These are managed by external providers.
7. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels the project after work has started, no refund will be issued
If canceled before work starts, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative costs
8. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be sent via the original payment method (if possible)
